Hello everyone! Cousin Emily from Massachusetts here. We have just had a delightful few days with Desley and Nicky. Although we were not able to arrange an appearance by any of the local moose population, we did see a rather large family of wild turkeys.

Julie- You asked if we were effected by Tropical storm Irene. It hit quite hard just northwest of Shutesbury but we were very lucky and didn't even lose power. Just the same, Mino, who is on the town's fire and emergency squad, was kept very busy for a couple of days.
Desley and Nicky- Thanks for visiting. We loved having you here! Have fun in D.C.
